Roofing in Your Remodel
We do roofing work as part of a larger home remodel. If we are already working on your kitchen, bathroom, ADU, or addition, we can repair or replace the roof in the same project. You get one company, one schedule, and one permit plan.
We work with asphalt shingles, tile, metal, and flat roofs. Before work starts, we check the roof and the framing under it, and we give you a line-item quote.
Common roof work during a remodel: a new roof over a garage conversion or ADU, tying a new addition into the existing roof, fixing leaks and bad wood we find during demo, and adding vents or skylights.
We do not take roof-only jobs. Call us about your remodel and we will tell you what makes sense for the roof.
